Welcome to the new face of Tony Kitz Gallery. Last year we remodeled the showroom and updated our branding and now I am pleased to announce the official launch of our new Website www.tonykitzgallery.com.

Our inventory is just as amazing as always, but now we’ve made it is simpler for Interior Designers to search and find the perfect carpet necessary to create the foundation to every room in your projects.

What Was Once Old is New Again

Newly designed Khoton and Samarkand Carpets at Tony Kitz

Perhaps the most exciting new products in our gallery right now are the new production pieces of Central Asian Khoton (pronounced “Hoe-tawn”) and Samarkand carpets.

The "new" rugs are woven from antique wool, reclaimed from smaller, older kilims and carpets, that is re-spun and dyed to match before finally being knotted into a new carpet. The pieces incorporate classic patterns, colors and weaving techniques that have been used in the region for hundreds of years, with brilliant results.

In essence we have created a “new antique” carpet that is large enough to fill the room size of a western home.

Tony Kitz Gallery is currently expanding on this technique to create exclusive and unique carpets, in original designs and colors never before seen.
